Trial Policy
Arrangements can be made for instruments and/or accessories to be sent to your home or studio
for trial. Please read the terms below to see if you qualify. Please note that these terms and
conditions are meant only to protect the investment we have made in our inventory.
For customers that maintain a good standing with us we require only a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). This credit card is used to cover shipping charges and any re-stocking fees.
For customers with limited or no previous experience with our shop we require a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) and that all items be paid for in full before they are sent out. Any products that are returned will be refunded less any applicable re-stocking fees.
How it Works
All trials are for seven (7) days from the time the borrower receives the products. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the borrower All products must either be purchased or be in transit to Gary Armstrong Woodwinds Ltd. no later than the seventh (7th) day of the trial. If not in transit by the designated return date there will be a one percent (1%) late return fee based on the total value of all borrowed goods. An additional restocking fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) for accessories and fifty dollars ($50) for instruments will be charged if no trial items are purchased and all are returned.
On the fourteenth (14th) day of the trial all products are considered sold and the borrower will be charged in full at that time plus any applicable legal fees, collection fees and interest. After the fourteenth (14th) day no product may be returned without prior authorization from Gary Armstrong Woodwinds Ltd. and are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
If at any time you anticipate the products will be returned late you MUST notify us immediately. Extensions to the trial can be granted but only if it is arranged before hand. Merchandise returned after thirty (30) days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
